Caramel Pudding - Resepi

Bulan Ramadhan Al-Mubarak yangg mulia ini, aku selalu pergi ke pasar Ramadhan.. selalu la juga aku membeli caremal puding ni.. time balik je, ibuku mesti cakap "jangan la membazir sampai hari-hari mau beli. Bende ni tidak susah pun" so dengan itu mulalah aku menerjah ke sesawang² org utk mencari resepi nye.. setelah berhempas pulas mencari, jumpe la jgk.. byk resepi tp yg ni yg paling phm.. al maklumla aku ni laki mne la nk phm klu care2 resepi tu srh kte phm2. hehehe~ nywy, njoy!

Bahan untuk Pudding:

5 biji telur A
125gm gula
500ml susu cair
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
sedikit esen vanila

Bahan untuk Caramel:
100gm gula

(panaskan dalam loyang hingga cair keperangan, kemudian diketepikan)

Cara-cara:
campurkan telur dan gula, kacau hingga gula larut. Masukkan tepung jagung kedalam susu, larutkan dan masukkan kedalam telur bersama esen vanila. kacau rata dan tapis kedalam Karamel tadi. tutup loyang dengan cling film dan kukus selama 30min.
