Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp cream mustard
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Bread loaf or buns
- Lettuce
- 2 tbsp oil
Method
- Marinate chicken with herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper and salt.
Heat oil and grill chicken until it is cooked on both sides.
Mix cooked chicken with mustard and yogurt.
Serve with bread and lettuce.
