Bahan-bahan :


1 peket mi kuning
10 ekor udang
3 biji bawang merah
½ inci belacan
3 ulas bawang putih
2 sudu cili kering
Sedikit sos cili
Sedikit sos tomato
Sawi
Tauge
Daun bawang
Minyak secukupnya

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak kemudian tumiskan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar sehingga naik bau.
2. Selepas itu masukkan air rebusan udang.
3. Masukkan sos cili, sos tomato, garam dan serbuk perasa.
4. Setelah sebati masukkan mi kuning dan udang. Kacau seketika.
5. Akhir sekali, angkat dan boleh hiaskan dengan sawi, tauge dan hirisan daun bawang.
